ABOUT BILLY

Billy has been running Cabinet of Continuities solo since 2016! He's been involved in the TV industry in one form or another since the age of 9, first in front of the camera, and more recently, behind it. He made his TV debut on BBC2 and has since appeared on other major channels and networks such as CBBC, ITV1, ABC Australia, CBS and NBC. In 2026, Billy had the opportunity to work on the "Project Vision" upgrades to ITV regional news. The systems he helped to build are currently in use in ITV Westcountry, Yorkshire and Granada. As well as CabCon, Billy also runs the Slow Scenes UK channel which covers natural and historical sites across the UK, as well as cultural events such as "Japan Week in Manchester" in which he collaborated with the SYR Bros. from Tokyo. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Media Technology.
