NHK Newsline has introduced its first revamp in 7 years as the transfer of news and playout operations to the new broadcast centre is finally complete.
The red has been swapped for the NHK signature blue colour with a studio not too dissimilar to the generic domestic news studio. Graphics are now almost identical to the domestic service but with a modified version of the previous font.
The music has been changed too, swapping the traditional style of the previous with look with a more modern techno style. Overall channel branding remains largely the same but with the aforementioned new font.
